Returns PolicyDefining your rights & obligations in accordance with our ecommerce policies

1. As a member of Your Bud Primary Co-Operative (hereinafter referred to as “Your Bud”), you have the option to select a product you wish to be cultivated on your behalf and supplied to you for personal consumption, in terms of Your Bud Primary Co-Operative Constitution (at Clause 6 thereof).

2. By selecting your product via the on-line platform, Your Bud will, by using the Product Management System, cultivate your product, package your product according to your election and deliver the product to your nominated address.

3. You will only have the right to return a product delivered to you under the following conditions: –

  1. the product package does not have your membership number clearly stipulated thereon;
  2. the product specification is not what you elected; and
  3. the product packaging is damaged or open.

4. Your Bud shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Cannabis is delivered without any defects and in acceptable packaging, however, in the event of the above, Your Bud will accept the return of the product and exchange the product free of charge.

5. Please note that you must immediately inspect the product upon delivery thereof and sign at the allocated space provided in the delivery document, alternatively, scan your finger as proof of receipt of your elected product.

6. No product will be exchanged after it has been delivered to you in terms of clause 5 above.

7. In the event where, after opening of your package, you find that the content is not what you elected, you must notify Your Bud immediately via e-mail or telephone, but in any event within 1 (one) Day after delivery and the Company shall use its best endeavors to remedy the complaint.

8. In the event of the happening of point 7 above, Your Bud will provide you with a replaced product.

9. Your Bud will be entitled to test the product received from you in order to ascertain whether the content is contrary to what you elected.

10. In the event that it is established that the product originally supplied was indeed the correct product, a notification will be placed on your membership profile whereby you will be notified of the outcome of the test. The implication being you will not be allowed to order another product for the same weight should the weight already supplied have reached an amount equal to, what Your Bud considers, the maximum weight allowed to be in your personal possession.

11. In the event where it is found that the product firstly supplied is the correct product, a notification will be placed on your membership profile whereby you will be notified of the outcome of the test and you will be allowed to order further product until you have reached the maximum weight allowed to be in your personal possession.

12. In the event that a returned product is tested and it is uncovered not to be a product owned by Your Bud, you will be informed accordingly and the Your Bud Board of Directors will decide on the appropriate actions to be instituted against you, which actions could, inter alia, include the following: –

  1. cost of analytical testing’s done to be claimed against you;
  2. cost of replacing product and delivery to be claimed from you;
  3. placing you under suspension from the club for a period determined by the Board; and/or
  4. termination of your membership
