Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 15:00. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.

You need to be a member to order.

On your first purchase you will see that you are not able to make a purchase unless you order a membership. This process is instant if you use our secure payment gateway Yoco (credit/debit card or Instant EFT). If you have chosen standard EFT then we will only be able to verify once we have received your payment in our account.

It is only R9 and it gives you membership access for a full year.

Unfortunately not quite yet. According to our current SA law and the constitution of our co-operative we still need to verify the following details:
  • Proof of residence
  • ID document
  • Signed YourBud membership form
The current legal landscape for cannabis allows for the personal use of cannabis and the growing of cannabis at your place of residence. Because YourBud is assisting you with this process through the legal framework of a co-operative we need these documents to prove that you are the person receiving the cannabis at your place of residence.
Yes, your personal information is completely safe with us. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your privacy is our top priority, and we never share your information with third parties without your consent.

No, these documents can be scanned by our driver on your first purchase. Our driver cannot however pass on your first purchase unless he has uploaded these documents.

We agree but unfortunately the current legal landscape makes this way the only way we can legally offer you your membership and access to such a wide and quality selection.

Once you have placed your address into the system it automatically picks up whether your address qualifies for delivery.

Delivery fees may apply based on your location. Exact fees will be calculated at checkout.

We have some great software that will be able to track your delivery but for now you will receive email updates as to how your order is tracking through the process, all the way to ‘out for delivery’ and ‘order completed’.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, and standard EFT. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will arrange a redelivery at a convenient time.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if they form part of our returns policy.

Our hours of operation are 09:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

Same day delivery orders close by 18:00 to have delivery by 20:00.
