Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 15:00. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.

No, these documents can be scanned by our driver on your first purchase. Our driver cannot however pass on your first purchase unless he has uploaded these documents.
We agree but unfortunately the current legal landscape makes this way the only way we can legally offer you your membership and access to such a wide and quality selection.
Once you have placed your address into the system it automatically picks up whether your address qualifies for delivery.
We have some great software that will be able to track your delivery but for now you will receive email updates as to how your order is tracking through the process, all the way to ‘out for delivery’ and ‘order completed’.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will arrange a redelivery at a convenient time.
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if they form part of our returns policy.
Our hours of operation are 09:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
Same day delivery orders close by 18:00 to have delivery by 20:00.
